This website shows the kinds of vehicles the desk can arrange, sample routes, and a way to leave your phone number. It does not sell tickets, hotel rooms, or temple passes. It does not collect a fare.

The fare, vehicle, tolls and taxes

Fares are quoted for the specific trip you describe: the date, hours, route, headcount, vehicle model, and whether you require AC or non-AC. A fare agreed for one route does not apply to a different or extended route.

Unless an all-inclusive package is explicitly confirmed in writing or on call before departure, the base fare covers the vehicle hire, fuel, and driver. Toll taxes (Fastag), municipal temple or airport parking fees, interstate commercial border permits (such as entering Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, or Uttarakhand), and driver night allowance (for travel between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM) are payable on actuals.

Photographs show the type of vehicle (sedan, Ertiga, Innova Crysta, tempo traveller, or bus). If your group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the booked vehicle, a larger vehicle may be required with a revised fare agreed before moving.

Commercial permits and vehicle compliance (Motor Vehicles Act)

All cabs, tempo travellers, and buses arranged by Shri Krishna Madhav Tour & Travels operate under valid commercial transport permits with commercial registration (yellow license plates), commercial motor insurance, fitness certification, and authorized commercial drivers, in strict compliance with the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and the Uttar Pradesh Transport Department regulations.

Passenger responsibilities and prohibited goods

Passengers must provide an active contact number, accurate headcount, and verified pickup location. Passengers must carry valid government photo identification during travel.

Carrying illicit liquor, narcotics, firearms, explosives, contraband, or inflammable substances is strictly prohibited under Indian law. Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

The driver reserves the statutory right to refuse service or terminate the journey immediately if any unlawful goods, hazardous materials, or disorderly conduct occur, without any liability or refund from the desk.

Temple hours, police cordons and force majeure

The driver waits at the agreed place and time. If you are delayed, call the desk so the driver can hold the spot. Temple queues, VIP movement, and traffic congestion can alter timing; these factors remain outside the desk’s control.

During major religious festivals in Vrindavan, Mathura, and Govardhan, local police and district administration may establish vehicle cordons, barricades, or "no-vehicle zones". Drivers are legally obligated to obey administrative orders and will drop/pick up passengers at the nearest permitted barrier.
