How to cancel, and why there is no online refund

Nothing is paid on this website

This website never charges a card, UPI, or any other payment. Because no money is taken here, this website cannot refund a payment. There is no refund button.

If you and Deshraj Chaudhary later settle payments in cash or via direct UPI, that transaction occurs directly between you and the owner outside this website. Any adjustments are handled directly on the phone.

No Automatic Cancellation Penalties

Because no online prepayment is processed on this site, you are never automatically charged a cancellation penalty or deduction.

If your travel plans change, we request that you notify the desk as soon as possible before the vehicle is dispatched from our Keshav Dham Road office. This allows the vehicle and driver to be reassigned to other pilgrims in need of transport.

How to cancel

Call +91 8265906523 as soon as your plan changes. WhatsApp on the primary number is also accepted if lines are busy.

Please cancel prior to the agreed pickup time. If the vehicle has already been dispatched, reached your pickup location, or commenced running, Deshraj Chaudhary will discuss on the call whether any nominal cost is due to cover actual fuel and driver travel already incurred. No charge is made through this website.

A change is not a new booking

Changing your travel date, pickup hour, destination route, or vehicle size constitutes a new agreement. Please confirm the revised fare with Deshraj Chaudhary before the vehicle moves. Previous quotes do not carry over automatically.

संक्षेप में (कानूनी स्पष्टीकरण)

Website par koi advance paisa nahi kata, isliye yahan online refund ka koi jhanjhat nahi hai aur na hi koi auto-penalty lagti hai.

Trip badalni ya cancel karni ho to gaadi nikalne se pehle Deshraj Chaudhary ko turant call kar dein taaki gaadi kisi aur yatri ko di ja sake.

Agar gaadi pickup point par pahunch chuki hai aur tab cancel hota hai, to actual diesel/run ka nominal hisaab call par tay hota hai.
